Açai Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 açai (pouch, 3.53 oz, frozen and crushed)
  • 1 bananas (plus 1/2 cup sliced bananas for garnish)
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/3 cup granola (I used flaxseed granola)
  • 1/4 cup goji berries

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix açai, banana, strawberries and apple juice.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Place into serving bowl garnish with bananas, blueberries, coconut, granola and goji berries.
