- 1 açai (pouch, 3.53 oz, frozen and crushed)
- 1 bananas (plus 1/2 cup sliced bananas for garnish)
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/3 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/3 cup granola (I used flaxseed granola)
- 1/4 cup goji berries
- Mix açai, banana, strawberries and apple juice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Place into serving bowl garnish with bananas, blueberries, coconut, granola and goji berries.
