Turmeric & Ginger Latte


  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 4 tsp finely grated fresh turmeric root
  • 1 tsp finely grated fresh ginger root
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon


  1. In a blender or food processor, blend avocado until smooth.
  2. Add all other ingredients, blend until mixture is uniform.
  3. Chill for 2 hours in the fridge or half an hour in the freezer.
